Welding & fabrication services.
Six services covering everything from a single bracket to a full structural steel frame — in the Bomaderry workshop or onsite across the Shoalhaven and South Coast.
Fabrication & welding
Custom fabrication is the core of the business. Steel, aluminium and stainless cut, drilled, folded, fitted and welded on the bench at Railway Street — from a one-off bracket to a full run of frames.
If you can sketch it on the back of an envelope, it can usually be built. Bring in the broken part, or send through a photo and a measurement, and you’ll get a price before anything is cut.

Mobile onsite welding
Some jobs simply cannot move. The mobile rig carries its own power, gas and consumables, so there is nothing to organise on your end and no site supply or generator needed.
We work across farms, factories, boatyards, building sites, marinas and residential driveways throughout the Shoalhaven and the South Coast — regularly north to Kiama and south past Ulladulla.

Handrails & balustrades
Stair, deck, balcony and pool balustrades built to measure — stainless, aluminium or powder-coated steel, with glass, wire or vertical infill.
This is where coastal exposure shows up first. We spec the material to the site: marine-grade stainless where the salt is heaviest, powder-coated aluminium where weight matters, hot-dip galvanised steel where it needs to take a knock. The welds get finished so the coating has something to hold on to.

Structural steel
Beams, columns, portal frames, lintels and deck subframes — fabricated to your engineer’s drawings and installed on site, with the Hiab doing the lifting.
We work to the documentation you already have. Send the engineering drawings through and you’ll get a price on fabrication, coating and installation as one number, so there is nothing to co-ordinate between three different trades.

TIG welding — aluminium & stainless
TIG is the slow, precise end of the trade — thin-wall aluminium, marine stainless, food-grade work and anything architectural where the weld itself is on show.
Aluminium and stainless punish shortcuts. Contamination, heat input and filler choice all show up in the finish, so this work gets set up properly and run at the right pace. If the join is going to be visible, it is going to be clean.

Truck & Hiab hire
Crane truck with an operator, available on its own or as part of a fabrication job. For lifting and placing steel, tanks, containers, machinery, pods and materials.
Plenty of South Coast sites are tight, sloped or hard against a boundary. The Hiab reaches over the fence and puts the load exactly where it needs to sit, without a second machine or a road closure.

Do you come to site, or does the job have to come to the workshop?
Both. The workshop at Unit 6/64 Railway Street, Bomaderry handles bench fabrication, cutting and finishing. The mobile rig covers anything that can’t be moved — machinery, farm gear, structural repairs and onsite fit-up. Most jobs end up being a bit of both.
What areas do you service?
The Shoalhaven and the NSW South Coast. That regularly means Bomaderry, Nowra, Berry, Kangaroo Valley, Gerringong, Kiama, Culburra Beach, Callala Bay, Huskisson, Vincentia, Jervis Bay, Sanctuary Point, St Georges Basin, Sussex Inlet, Milton, Ulladulla and Mollymook. If you’re outside that, call anyway.
Can you weld aluminium and stainless steel?
Yes. TIG welding for aluminium and stainless is a core service — thin-wall alloy, marine-grade stainless, food-grade fabrication and architectural work where the weld is visible.
Do you work from engineering drawings?
Yes. Structural steel is fabricated to your engineer’s drawings. Send the documentation through and you’ll get one price covering fabrication, coating and installation.
Do you have your own crane truck?
Yes — a truck with a Hiab crane and an operator. It’s used on our own installs and is also available for hire on its own, for placing steel, tanks, containers, machinery and materials.
How much does a job cost?
It depends on material, access and finish, so every job is quoted individually. Quotes are free. For most work a couple of photos and a measurement are enough to give you a price; anything structural or fitted gets a site measure first.
